We are sorry you had a loss. We are here to HELP! Here are some steps we need to take:
- Report a Claim to Insurance company & fax over a police report if needed
- Estimate the damages and email to insurance company
- Make a reservation for rental vehicle and have you picked up from our shop
- Update you on vehicle repair stages.
- Update your rental coverage and keep the insurance aware of what stage we are on.
- Update you any time additional damages are found
- Supplement any damages missed and email to insurance company
- Repair vehicle to its pre-accident condition and detail vehicle for pick up.
