  1. Report a Claim to Insurance company & fax over a police report if needed
  2. Estimate the damages and email to insurance company
  3. Make a reservation for rental vehicle and have you picked up from our shop
  4. Update you on vehicle repair stages.
  5. Update your rental coverage and keep the insurance aware of what stage we are on.
  6. Update you any time additional damages are found
  7. Supplement any damages missed and email to insurance company
  8. Repair vehicle to its pre-accident condition and detail vehicle for pick up.
